Creating educational content for locatheart: email course – CFEC projects
Our client – locatheart
The locatheart translation agency is a modern company that specialises in localisation and content creation with the use of advanced technologies. A wide range of services offered includes industries and creative areas such as e-commerce, marketing, SEO, IT, board, mobile and computer games, subtitles, or legal texts.
What is educational content used for in B2B?
Educational content – courses, webinars, etc. – can be used in various ways. You can apply it to draw potential customers into the sales funnel, build awareness or prestige of your brand, bond with your audiences, and educate your future customers. Educational content will only fulfil its purpose if it’s well thought through and adequately designed.
Email course on the basics of translation in business
Our client has contacted us with the following issue: there are few Polish companies that approach localisation and translation consciously. Disregarding these processes, not prioritising them or taking care of them „at the last minute” results in higher costs and lower quality. How to prevent that?
We have developed a knowledge-broadening course that describes basic topics related to commissioning, pricing, management and verification of translation projects in an accessible way. It is used by entrepreneurs and freelance translators who want to be more aware of their clients’ needs. It is also recommended for students of courses related to management, international business, e-commerce, and software development.

The project is long-term. Its purpose is to educate at the grassroots level in companies – it is aimed both at persons at a lower management level (who are actually looking for linguistic subcontractors and are in charge of such translations) and at future employees. During this project, we have managed to achieve such side objectives as:
• building expert image of the company thanks to certificates that people publish on LinkedIn,
• strengthening locatheart’s position online in search results thanks to links to the course published on the websites of leading educational institutions.
